Following the discovery call, we move to the setup phase. Our team will create a personalized plan tailored to your business. This includes defining your service scope, gathering all necessary paperwork, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and setting up the necessary tools and systems to streamline our collaboration.

Like every legit business, this process ensures you are protected from any form of poaching and so are we. No worries, you are not binded to our services, you have the liberty to leave whenever. But I assure you, you won’t want to.

You'll be assigned a personal dispatcher who will book your loads and serve as your single point of contact for all dispatch-related matters. They will be closely familiar with your operations, ensuring a smooth working relationship. Not to worry, all dispatchers are supervised by a line manager, any complications and complaints are overseen and collaboratively resolved.

We believe in transparency and keeping you informed. Every week, you'll receive detailed reports that provide insights into your operations. These reports cover key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, weekly gross, cost savings and average rate per mile. We'll use this data to continually fine-tune our services to better align with your objectives.
